Halloween Light Rail Ride (Hiawatha Line - Mall of America)

Tuesday, October 25, 2011
9:30 am – 12:00 pm

Brought to you by a Homeschool Adventures volunteer organizer!

Meet up with Around Town Preschool Homeschool Coop at the Mall of America light rail station for a trip on the Hiawatha line! We'll be dressing up in our Halloween costumes and riding the light rail for as far as individual families wish to go.

We will then reconvene for an early lunch around 11:00 at the MOA main food court in front of Chipotle restaurant. It will be Toddler Tuesday at the mall, so there will be other kids in costume, too.

Adults may purchase their Metro Transit tickets for $1.75. This covers 2-1/2 hours of travel time and/or transfers. Up to three kids ages five and under may ride free with a ticket-holding adult. Ages 6-12 pay $0.75.

There is a free Park & Ride, the 28th Avenue Station, 3 blocks east of MOA on 28th Avenue South at 82nd Street. The mall has no official park & ride, but at that time of day there will likely be ample parking in the ramp.
