Meetings on the second Thursday of the month

Description: The group was so inspired by Fantasy Flight Games Kyle Dekker's talk about the value of playtesting and player feedback, that the members have decided to focus on developing our own playtesting questionnaires at the next meeting, ones that can then be used at future playtesting sessions.

Game Designers are encourage to take some time before the next meeting to mock up a playtesting questionnaire prototype. Then the group will compare templates, make modifications, and playtest the playtesting questionnaires!

A homeschool support group for Game Designers / Game Developers / Game Creators / Game Makers / Game Producers / Game Artists. Play-test your ideas, share strategies and attend presentations by professionals in the gaming industry.

This group is open to all gaming formats: card, board, miniatures, dice, tile, video … even playground games!

Target age range: probably best for ages 12 and up; open to all levels of game designers, at all stages in the design process — from contemplating to completing!

Cost per child/student: free

Parent/guardian/educator policy: Adult supervision is not provided.
