Drop-off free-play period: 9am–9:30am.

Description: Physical education program designed to encourage confidence and competency in a variety of skills that can be used for a lifetime of activity.

Activities will be developmentally appropriate. Program will be instructed exclusively by Concordia undergraduate students and supervised by University faculty.

Kindergarten-1st grade topics
• Sep 26: Movement Skills and Games
• Oct 3: Manipulative Skills Using Hoops
• Oct 10: Manipulative Skills Using Beanbags
• Oct 17: Manipulative Skills Using Playground Balls
• Oct 24: Throwing Skills and Games
• Oct 31: Partner Manipulative Activities Using Balls
• Nov 7: Kicking, Trapping, Bowling, and Rolling
• Nov 14: Fundamental Skills Using Parachute Activities
2nd–4th grade topics
• Sep 26: Floor Hockey Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Oct 3: Throwing Skills and Games
• Oct 10: Football Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Oct 17: Basketball Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Oct 24: Soccer Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Oct 31: Track & Field Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Nov 7: Softball Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Nov 14: Hockey Skills and Lead-up Activities
5th–12th grade topics
• Sep 26: Football Skills and Lead-up Activities
• Oct 3: Ultimate Football Tournament
• Oct 10: Soccer Skills and Lead-up Activities

• Oct 24: Pickleball Skills and Lead-up Activities

Target grade level: students are divided into lessons for K–1st, 2nd–4th, and 5th–12th grades
Students are encouraged to participate in any level based on their current skill set. Students may be asked to join other levels based on the total number of participants in the program.

Parent/guardian/educator policy: This is a drop off program.
