Description: You may have built shelters…. But not like this! We’ll team up with the 6th-12th grade group and learn about how the Dakota and Ojibwa built their traditional homes. Pre-registration is required.

Wargo programs are science based and will fit well with your homeschool curriculum. Environmental Education programs allow children to discover the natural environment, learn about nature through hands on activities and HAVE FUN!

Professional Naturalists work with homeschoolers to provide quality environmental, recreational and natural history programming.

Target grade level: for 6th to 12th grades

Cost per child/student: $5 plus tax
Cost per adult/educator: free

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are received less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded. Any changes to the event must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled program.

Wargo homeschool programs are offered on the 3rd Thursday of each month for K–2nd grades, 3rd–5th grades and 6th–12th grades. Choose either 10am–12pm or 2pm–4pm.
