Do you love fresh cheese? If so, learn how to make fresh mozzarella! It is easier than you think and you’ll come away with some tasty fresh cheese. We’ll take you through the whole cheese making process introducing you to the ingredients and skills that you need to start making fresh cheese at home. Pre-registration is required. (limit 8 students)

Target Grade Level: Grades 6-12

Cost per Child/Student: $5 plus tax
Cost per Adult/Educator: free

Professional Naturalists work with homeschoolers to provide quality environmental, recreational and natural history programming on the third Thursday of each month.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are received less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded. Any changes to the event must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled program.
