Exploring Animal Science - Pigs

Description: Investigate the science behind raising farm animals. Then spend time caring for the animals and exploring outdoors.

Target age range: Exploring Animal Science is designed for the skills and interests of children ages 10 to 16.

Cost per child/student: $14
Cost per adult/educator: free, welcome as assistants to farm educator

Registration: Reservations required by one week prior. Register online for class number 6GAL1050 or by phone call to 763-559-6700.

Maximum class size: 10 students
If the class is full, call Gale Woods Farm at 763-694-2001 to be placed on the wait list. Additional educators will be added, as available, if there is sufficient interest.

Parent/guardian/educator policy: Exploring Animal Science is a drop-off class. Parents are welcome to attend in the role of volunteer assistants to the Farm Educator.
