Flint Hills International Children’s Festival’s School Days are Tuesday, May 29 – Friday, June 1, 2018

Family Weekend is Saturday, June 2 – Sunday, June 3, 2018

Plan a day of excitement, featuring the best international performing artists from around the globe!

Target grade level: options for PreK–8th grade

Cost per child/student: $4 per performance during School Days
Cost per adult/educator: $4 per performance during School Days

Reservations: Tickets go on sale at 7am on Fri, Sep 1, 2017. Call 651-282-3115 to make your reservation.
Please include all children and adults in your ticket order.

In the Park

Make a day of it! Combine your attendance to a performance with trip into the Festival grounds in Rice Park and Landmark Plaza to eat lunch and experience FREE live performances and cultural arts activities. The Festival grounds feature performances by Minnesota based artists representing global traditions, make-and-take art activities tents, the ARTwalk, and more. The parks and public spaces around the Ordway are transformed into a cultural wonderland filled with FREE live performances, make-and-take art activities, storytellers, face painters, and much more!

FREE Outdoor Spectacle

Each year during the Festival the Ordway presents an international installation, performers or a combination of both to WOW audiences. The outdoor spectacle will be announced this Fall!

FREE Park Activities

Live performances from artists and musicians from around the world on two outdoor stages. You can also visit the storytellers, face painters, balloon artists, and make & take art stations scattered around the park.

Celebrate the diversity of global cultures and traditions through a variety of exciting free performances by regional music and dance artists.

Enjoy free interactive art activities hosted by over 25 Festival partners for artists of all ages. Inside tents in the park and inside the Ordway, you'll be greeted by inventive storytellers, make & take art stations, face painting and more!

Free indoor activities include an instrument petting zoo, Touch of Sound, Story Time Corner, DJ Dance party and kids yoga.

Clear Channel Outdoor ARTwalk Exhibition

Highlights the visual arts achievements of young people in a professionally curated art exhibit displayed across the businesses and storefront windows of Downtown Saint Paul.
