Sunday Night Dances

Description: The Sunday Night Dance is a public dance held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month from 7pm to 10pm, with some exceptions. Check Cinema Ballroom's website calendar to confirm. The Sunday Night Dance is a variety dance with live music by The Jerry O'Hagan Orchestra, including waltz, swing, tango, foxtrot, rumba and more.

There is a group class beforehand staring at 6:15pm. The cost of the class is included with admission. Check Cinema Ballroom's website calendar to find out what dance the lesson will cover.

To avoid damaging the dance floor, please bring a clean pair of shoes just for dancing. These do not need to be dance shoes, just shoes that are separate from your street shoes or winter boots. While many dancers enjoy dressing up for social dances, it is not required. Most new dancers start with their everyday clothing and build up their dancing wardrobe over time. More Tips & Techniques.
