Group members are required to remain away from the entrance area until the group organizer returns from the Will Call Building with the group's tickets. Please distribute tickets to group members away from the entrance area.

Valleyfair provides educational tools free of charge.

Minimum group size: 15 people

Cost per child/student: $28.25 plus tax
Cost per adult/educator: $28.25 plus tax

Target age range: best for ages 3 and up

Parent/educator policy: one (1) complimentary chaperone ticket will be given for every fifteen (15) youth tickets purchased

Payment/cancelation policy: Valleyfair does not accept personal checks.

Group organizers who prepay for tickets at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event date will have tickets mailed to the group organizer's address. The group organizer can mail back any extra tickets for a refund as long as the adjustment does not drop below the minimum required for the Group Sales program’s rate. If needed, the group organizer can purchase additional tickets (for the same group on the same event date) at the Will Call Building by presenting the original purchase receipt.

For groups that opt to not pre-pay, the group organizer will need to bring the Order ID number and prepared payment to the Will Call Building located at Valleyfair’s front gate. The group organizer can make adjustments to the reservation as long as the adjustment does not drop below the minimum required for the Group Sales program’s rate.

The group organizer must make sure all the tickets paid have been received for before leaving the Will Call Building. Once the tickets, meal vouchers and drink wristbands are issued, they become the group organizer's responsibility.

The Will Call Building generally opens one hour before the park is scheduled to open to the general public and closes at the end of operating hours. If the Will Call Building is closed when you arrive, report to the Season Pass Building next door.

Tickets returned for a refund must be received by Valleyfair no later than 30 days after the event date. If a ticket return drops the original purchase below the minimum required for the Group Sales program’s rate the price per ticket will be adjusted to prevailing gate price. A price adjustment may result in a lesser refund than anticipated or make you ineligible for a refund. Groups must also return any courtesy tickets that they no longer qualify or the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. (Courtesy tickets have no refund value.)
